Richard develops and supports the Flows for APEX BPMN-based business process modeling and workflow engine - both the open source Community Edition and the supported Enterprise Edition.

Richard has been using Oracle since 1985 (v4.1), and has worked for Oracle for in a variety of technical, product management and marketing roles in the US, UK, and Asia during 1988-97, 2001-2, and most recently in the APEX Development Team in 2022-2023.
