He led major initiatives that reduced startup time from 80s to 9s, cut memory usage by over 50%, and drastically improved container efficiency in large-scale environments.</p>
<p>Pedro started his professional journey at age 14, building mobile apps in C#. At 15, he joined Oracle as an Innovation Specialist, working with emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, Augmented Reality, and Cloud.</p>
