Pedro has 10 years of experience, 9 of them at Oracle, where he supported enterprise clients in modernizing applications, reducing infrastructure costs, and scaling intelligent Cloud-Native architectures using Java, AI, GraalVM, and DevOps. He led major initiatives that reduced startup time from 80s to 9s, cut memory usage by over 50%, and drastically improved container efficiency in large-scale environments.

Pedro started his professional journey at age 14, building mobile apps in C#. At 15, he joined Oracle as an Innovation Specialist, working with emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, Augmented Reality, and Cloud.

In his pre-sales work, Pedro bridges engineering and business strategy: he leads technical discovery sessions, aligns architecture with customer goals, and drives the technical win through demos, Proof of Concepts, and product storytelling. His focus is always on connecting performance, modern DevEx, and tangible business value.

Known as JavaBoy in the tech community, Pedro empowers developers to connect backend Java with AI, Cloud Native and modern infrastructure patterns, optimizing startup time, resource efficiency, and developer velocity.

He is the creator of MultiCloudInfraAI, an open-source Java framework that integrates LLMs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) with Terraform, enabling cloud infrastructure provisioning through natural language. The tool reduces environment setup time by up to 70% and accelerates DevOps workflows with conversational intelligence.
