Mike has over 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years of functional experience working in accounting and finance roles in the insurance industry. Immediately prior to joining technology transformation, Mike led the accounting and finance organization of a large, global insurance and reinsurance company across accounting, investments, FP&A, and reporting, which included leading several large transformative projects to drive automation and efficiencies to various core business processes. Mike utilizes his previous industry experience and brings a wealth of knowledge in solutioning for his clients and solving for complex issues. He is focused on helping clients to improve productivity and performance across the enterprise for a myriad of issues.
Since transitioning to technology transformation, Mike has led projects for some of the largest financial services organizations in the world across banking, insurance, and asset management.
