Mario Barduchi has a degree in Software Engineering, an MBA in Cloud Architecture and Engineering and a post-graduate degree in Oracle Database Administration.

He has worked as an Oracle DBA for over 25 years, focusing on High Availability for critical environments and VLDBs, Replication, Backup/Recovery and Business Continuity. Currently, he has also become an enthusiast of NoSQL databases.

Working in consulting and Big Tech, he has participated in major projects for clients in the Healthcare, Finance, Insurance and Retail sectors.

He currently works in a team of Oracle Database Specialists as a Senior Database Systems Engineer. This team is responsible for working closely with clients in Latin America and the USA and helping companies implement scalable and efficient database solutions, as well as keeping client environments integrated and up-to-date at all times, both in on-premises and Cloud infrastructures.

He has several certifications in OCI and Oracle Database.
