Jason is a diversely skilled Technology Delivery Leader who drives IT delivery transformation outcomes by providing challenging and engaging goals for his team. As the Sr. Manager for the Loyalty Platform team at American Airlines, he led multiple legacy application migrations into Kubernetes in the Cloud. He currently leads the Partner Engagement product, supporting American Airlines' IT delivery for key partners such as Citi.

Prior to joining AA, Jason brought 11 years of IT and management consulting experience serving Fortune 500 Companies through leading global consulting services firms. He has delivered multiple global projects for clients in the airline, telecommunications, entertainment, product distribution, transportation, and digital media industries.

Jason retains expert level competency implementing Siebel Industry Applications and its related modules, supported by published articles addressing scripting best practices, error management, and upgrade lessons learned. As a passionate believer in sharing knowledge, he has presented at conferences such as Oracle CloudWorld since 2016. He has a proven track record of aligning customer processes with CRM best practices, leading real-time integration, legacy conversion, upgrades, server installation and optimization, and architecture delivery.
