I am a Paraguayan dev, and since 2019 I have been working with Oracle technologies, I am specialized in Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms/Reports, and JasperReports. Throughout my career, I have acquired in-depth knowledge of the Standard Century suite and have worked on the development and migration of financial, accounting, stock, purchasing, billing and collection modules.

My experience includes both development from scratch and migration from Oracle Forms to APEX, delivering efficient and high-quality software solutions. Additionally, my proactive and results-oriented approach has allowed me to generate positive impact on projects within various business sectors.
