She has partnered with organizations across India, the UK, the USA, Canada, Europe, Mexico, China, and Australia to deliver scalable, future-ready HCM solutions.

Currently serving as Chief Projects Officer at Kovaion Consulting, Mohana is responsible for driving complex Oracle Cloud transformation programs, establishing delivery standards, and ensuring strategic alignment across portfolios.
