For more than 15 years, I’ve encouraged teams stop, collaborate, and listen (shout to Gen X!) by leading with empathy, storytelling, and people-centered change strategies. Much of my work has been in the Oracle EPM space, where I focus on turning strategy into execution and giving teams the clarity and confidence they need to succeed. Today, as VP of OCM at Donyati, I continue to build on that experience, designing change strategies that make transformation both practical and sustainable.

My goal: to ensure change management has a permanent seat at the table in every EPM transformation.
