About Carla
My name is Carla and I define myself as passionate about meeting, sharing ideas, having fun and learning everything related to Oracle. Cheerful and creative, with a high degree of self-demand, seeking, even without wanting to, a different way of seeing the same problem or solution. Defender of teamwork in all facets of life and of enjoying everything you do, always with humility. I currently have more than 15 years of experience as an Oracle administrator, having previously held positions as a developer in the Business intelligence branch. It was at that moment that I realized that I did not want to focus on development, but rather participate in all the layers that involved the data, from the deployment of the database to its final exploitation. I have developed my career working for clients related to telecommunications, port authorities, justice, pharmaceuticals, municipalities, health payments sector. Always with a high degree of commitment and responsibility, from the deployment of the environments to the migration of data. Whenever possible, I have given internal technical training and talks, for example technological talks to women in my area as support. I have also published articles in companies where I have performed my job duties. I am always willing to help and share knowledge, I firmly believe that you have to have fun with technology and you should not see it as a competition. The person you have to be the best with is yourself.
