I am the Deputy People Director for the Church of England responsible for HR Systems, Data and Operations, and am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

My Oracle experience is predominantly focussed on Fusion Cloud HCM suite including Core HR, Absence, Recruitment, Learning, Communicate and Workforce Health & Safety. I'm committed to using technology to improve HR processes and services for all employees, and to enable managers and leaders to make data-led decisions.
