Vinicius Grippa is a Consultant at Readyset, Oracle ACE Director, and co-author of Learning MySQL, 2nd Edition. With over 18 years of experience in the database ecosystem, he specializes in designing and optimizing mission-critical MySQL and MongoDB environments on Linux.

Before joining Readyset, Vinicius spent more than 8 years at Percona as a Lead Senior Database Engineer, helping global customers solve complex performance, scalability, and high-availability challenges.
