Youngmin Park began his IT career in 2012 and is currently working as a Senior Oracle DBA in South Korea.
Holding an Oracle 23ai OCP and a SQL Professional (SQLP) certification, he has a strong passion for Oracle database engineering and performance tuning. He has hands-on experience with Oracle versions from 9i to 23ai, covering a wide range of database administration tasks.
Currently, he is actively exploring the latest 23ai release, focusing on its new performance-enhancing features.
He enjoys conducting a variety of tests involving operations, backups, migrations, performance tuning, and newly introduced functionalities.
Youngmin is also an Oracle evangelist and the author of the blog "내맘대로긍정 (On My Own Terms: Positive Management)", where he freely experiments and shares findings based on his own interests.
His blog serves as a technical sandbox where he documents real-world scenarios, edge cases, and thought experiments for fellow DBAs and database engineers.
