He specializes in leading, architecting and governing enterprise platforms across Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Payroll, and Human Resources, leveraging both vendor ecosystems and custom-built solutions to drive scalable, business-aligned outcomes. His leadership is grounded in cross-functional collaboration, technical excellence, and a systems-level understanding of enterprise technology.
Julio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, a Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Architecture, and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering. He is currently pursuing a Master of Studies in Law at the University of Georgia, reflecting a strong commitment to interdisciplinary insight across technology, governance, and risk.
