Dhananjay works across Oracle technologies—designing and supporting Oracle databases, leading application upgrades and migrations, and delivering Oracle Cloud Applications. He’s an Oracle Fusion Middleware Innovation Award recipient (Oracle OpenWorld) and the author of Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Administration Cookbook.

He also speaks regularly at industry events, including Oracle AI World, Oracle CloudWorld, and the UKOUG conferences.
Oracle recognised him in the Oracle Excellence Awards as Cloud Architect of the Year (2025) and as a finalist for Cloud Architect of the Year (2026).

Outside of work, Dhananjay is a keen runner—he’s completed three full marathons (including the London Marathon and Richmond Marathon), plus numerous half marathons and other races.
