Debra Lilley has worked in every role with Oracle applications since 1996 (EBS 9.4.1) most recently as VP Customer Success, Inoapps https://www.inoapps.com/. She led global user group input into Oracle Fusion Applications through the IOUC. She specializes in applications strategy, the technology that compliments and underpins the applications, and education of both partners and customers, helping business people understand the value of the technology. She is a current board member with ODTUG and past President of UKOUG and was Oracle's User Group Evangelist of the Year in 2008. She loves sharing her knowledge and has spoken at over 300 conferences worldwide.
