As Senior Director of Solutions for Alithya, Zubin leads the Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Solutions and Pre-Sales group, helping C-suite executives maximize the value of their investments in Oracle. For over a decade, Zubin Shah has been a consistent champion of Oracle and has mastered multi-pillar implementation and solutions design. He began has career in the EBS world, being a part of 3 successful R12 upgrades. He quickly pivoted to Oracle Fusion/Cloud products and has been a part of 20 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations holding various roles from Consultant, Senior Consultant, Solutions Architect, Project Manager, and Program Manager. Many of the implementations were multi-pillar, touching Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and Enterprise Performance Management. He excels in the ins and outs of all the important shared configurations and inter-dependent setups across all pillars – making sure clients plan their Oracle roadmap strategically and successfully.

Zubin frequently contributes his time, effort, and expertise to the broader Oracle community. As a speaker, Zubin has participated in many conferences, presenting on digital transformation and implementation guidance at events such as HUIG, ODTUG KScope, and Ascend. And, when not speaking, he has still actively spent time volunteering at events such as Oracle Cloud Day and Oracle User Groups. He has been an engaged member of the user community as a very active member of the Customer Connect portal and as a mentor to several current members of Oracle staff and consultants for Alithya, an Oracle SI. Additionally, Zubin has been a frequent advocate for Oracle to the broader tech community, creating media explaining and analyzing cloud implementations, highlighting advantages for Oracle Cloud compared to other ERPs, and challenges/successes for projects.
