With over 20 years of experience in UK payroll and holding a CIPP Foundation Degree in Payroll Management, Bryan possesses extensive real world understanding of the challenges faced by payroll teams across multiple sectors. The first part of his career was spent working in a busy local government payroll team and other sectors and he is now exclusively dedicated to the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.

His primary focus is on gaining a detailed understanding of the fundamental requirements and the underlying purpose of any solution, as he believes, "If you don't know what you want, you don't know what you're going to get." Solutions can only be designed once the requirements are understood and agreed. Working with clients to understand their needs and how their lives can be made easier is what motivates him in every project.
