I studied economics at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz.
Finished with a diploma in economics in 2009, the diploma thesis was about utilizing Oracle Application Express for managing exam phases at the economics & law department.

Main professional interest is Oracle Application Express and the Oracle Database, particular Data Modelling and PL/SQL programming.
JavaScript is relatively new in my technology stack but of growing interest, especially when utilized with PL/SQL to deliver the data.
I started working with Oracle technology in 2001 and have been using APEX since the first public release which was called HTMLDB 1.5.
During my professional career I worked also with Oracle Warehouse Builder, MicroStrategy, MS SQL Server and C#.
