Ronald has over 30 years of Oracle DBA experience. He resides in Costa Rica and is responsible for the creation of the Costa Rica, and was co-responsible for the creation of the Oracle User Groups of Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Panama. He has been an international speaker throughout Latin America and Spain.

He is a university professor for over 12 years and was an Oracle University instructor for over a decade, teaching over 200 courses and was recognized as one of the top 15 LAD instructors by Oracle University. Besides being always active on his social networks, twitter, facebook, youtube and blogspot, he constantly provides webinars to educational institutions and organizations that request his support. He was Technology Director at LAOUC for 3 years and has contributed to the organization of the annual tour of the Latin American User Group, since 2010.
